1. Acceptance & capacity

By browsing this site or submitting any form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. This site is not directed at minors.

2. What Intersection Legal does

Intersection Legal is a legal coordination platform: we connect international investors and individuals with independent, vetted legal professionals in El Salvador and Central America, and we coordinate the engagement. We also offer marketing and growth services for law firms through our For Lawyers program.

3. No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship

• The content of this website is general information, not legal advice. It may not reflect the most current legal developments and does not apply to your specific situation.
• Using this site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is created only by a formal, written engagement with the attorney or firm that takes your case.
• Until a formal engagement exists, information you send us is handled confidentially as described in our Privacy Policy, but it is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not send us confidential case details before an engagement is in place.

4. Independent professionals

Legal services are provided by independent attorneys and firms in our network — such as AC Legales, Salas Guerra, LAAB, and Montano & Co — each acting under their own professional responsibility, licensing and bar admission in their jurisdiction. Intersection Legal coordinates and connects; it does not itself provide the legal representation, and each professional is responsible for the services they render.

5. Permitted use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with its operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Submit false, misleading or third-party data without authorization.
• Use the site's content or forms for spam, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Intersection Legal name, logo, and the content of this site (text, design, graphics) belong to Intersection Legal / A&M Capital S.A. de C.V. or are used with authorization. You may not reproduce or exploit them commercially without prior written permission. Partner firm names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links & services

This site links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, and the websites of partner firms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. For Lawyers program

The prices and conditions published on the For Lawyers pages are commercial information about our marketing and growth services for law firms. Each specific engagement is governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for that engagement; where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Intersection Legal is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions taken based on its general information, nor for the acts or omissions of independent professionals or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under your local law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold Intersection Legal harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new Effective Date and apply from publication.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Salvador, without prejudice to mandatory rights that your local law grants you and that cannot be waived.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Intersection Legal regarding the use of this website.
