If anyone in this industry asks you to pay for a CV review, a profile upgrade or priority placement, that's the shape of a scam — it's the single most common complaint lawyers in this region make out loud.
Only our team, in a private folder. We don't forward your file to any firm without asking you first, case by case, naming the firm. Your current employer is never contacted. We keep it 12 months and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

No. Public salary data for legal roles in El Salvador is too thin to publish honestly — a single aggregated figure with a very small sample — and we're not going to invent one. We'll tell you what we actually see being paid in the searches we run, and where that comes from.
Yes. Nothing leaves our team without your explicit permission for that specific firm. We don't publish candidate lists and we don't tell firms who else is looking.
