Recruitment & Placement

The job that fits you is not advertised.

We place lawyers — newly qualified to partner — with firms across El Salvador and Central America. You tell us where you stand. We tell you the truth, even when the truth is that we can't help you.

We never charge the lawyer. Not for a review, not for a profile, not for priority. Nothing, ever.

Start here

Before you give us anything, let us give you something.

Two minutes, no email, no signup. Whatever you pick, you keep the answer.

How this works

Three steps. The second one is the one nobody else does.

1. You tell us where you stand

One form, one call. No account, no portal, no application tracking number.

2. We tell you the truth

Including when it's "we can't help you right now, and here's why". You'll know on the first call, not after three months of silence.

3. We introduce you

Only to firms you've agreed to, named, one at a time. Your current employer never hears from us.

What we don't do

The short list that should tell you the most.

Tell us where you stand

A person reads this. Not a filter.

We answer within one business day. If we're not the right people for what you need, that's what the answer will say.

Use a personal address if you're employed — it's safer for you.

No CV to hand? Leave the link above instead — it's not a wall.

What happens to your CV. It goes into a private folder only our team can open. We do not forward it to any firm without asking you first, naming that firm. Your current employer is never contacted. We keep it for 12 months, and you can have it deleted any time by writing to grow@intersectionlegal.com. And to say it plainly: we will never ask you for money.

Questions people actually ask

The awkward ones first.

Do you charge the lawyer?

No. Never, for anything. We're paid by the firm that hires, and only when a hire actually happens. If anyone in this industry asks you to pay for a CV review, a profile upgrade or priority placement, that's the shape of a scam — it's the single most common complaint lawyers in this region make out loud.

Who sees my CV?

Only our team, in a private folder. We don't forward your file to any firm without asking you first, case by case, naming the firm. Your current employer is never contacted. We keep it 12 months and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Do you guarantee a placement?

No, and nobody honest can. What we guarantee is a straight answer: if we don't think we can help, we say so on the first call instead of parking you in a pipeline.

Do you have a salary database for the region?

No. Public salary data for legal roles in El Salvador is too thin to publish honestly — a single aggregated figure with a very small sample — and we're not going to invent one. We'll tell you what we actually see being paid in the searches we run, and where that comes from.

I'm employed. Is this confidential?

Yes. Nothing leaves our team without your explicit permission for that specific firm. We don't publish candidate lists and we don't tell firms who else is looking.

Where does the empty-seat number come from?

From what you typed, and nothing else. The whole formula is printed under the result, including how we get to the productive-days figure from the statutory holidays and vacation in each country. Check our arithmetic — that's why it's there.
