Participation terms
These are the rules for reserving a seat at any Intersection Legal event. Registration is free. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
Version TC-EV-2026-09-v1, in force since August 25th, 2026. Frozen copy of this version: TC-EV-2026-09-v1.
1What you're reserving
A seat at the event named on the registration page, on the date, at the time and in the place stated there. The seat includes full access to the session and to the networking lounge.
2Registration is free
Nothing is charged. Not on this site, not by transfer, not at the door. We never ask for card details and this site processes no payments.
If anyone asks you for money in the name of this event, it isn't us. Write to [email protected] before you pay anything.
Because there is no payment, there is no tax document to issue and no refund to make.
3Your seat is personal
The seat is held in the name of the person who registered. On confirming you receive a reference; that reference is what you show at the door.
Your confirmation and the event details reach you by email. The confirmation screen on the site already holds your seat, but the full information follows to the address you gave us.
4If you can't make it
Tell us. It's a seat someone else could use, and seating is limited. An email to [email protected] with your reference is enough.
You can also pass your seat to a colleague: send us their name and email before the event and we'll change it on the door list. It costs nothing and there is no limit on how many times.
5Seating
Seats are limited and assigned in order of registration. When the room fills, the form closes itself and only the waiting list remains; if a seat opens up, we write to the people on it.
Registering does not guarantee a seat if the registration went through after the room was full because of an error on our side; in that case we tell you straight away and you get priority on the next date.
6If we cancel or move the event
If we cancel the event or change the date, we write to the email you registered with. Your seat carries over to the new date automatically, and if that doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll release it.
Since there was no payment, there is nothing to refund. Moving rooms within the same venue on the same date does not count as a cancellation.
7Getting in
You show your registration reference at the door. The door list is built only from confirmed registrations.
We reserve the right of admission in cases of conduct that affects other attendees.
8Age
Attending requires being of legal age (18). If the attendee is a minor, we need written authorisation from their legal guardian before the event.
9Photography and video
We take photographs and video during the event for A&M Capital S.A. de C.V.'s own communications. If you'd rather not appear, tell us when you register or at the door and we'll respect it.
10Your data
We use your details to run the event — build the door list, write to you with your confirmation and the details — and to tell you about other things at Intersection Legal. You can ask us to stop writing, or to delete your data, at any time and in a single email.
The detail is in our Privacy Policy.
If you register people besides yourself, you confirm you have their permission to give us their contact details.
